We’re committed to the health and safety of all of our Jetson employees and our shipping partners. We’ll continue to follow the guidance from the health and safety authorities and adapt when needed.
Our shipping facility is following CDC guidelines with regular deep cleanings of the facility and making sure to wipe down all high-touch surfaces throughout the day with disinfectant. We are practicing social distancing by reducing the number of people in the facility, rearranging workstations and restructuring tasks to create appropriate space between team members. Masks are required throughout the facility. Anyone who may be sick or feeling ill is required to stay home.
We currently only ship Jetson to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
Ground shipping for all probiotics and bundles to the 48 Contiguous United States is free.
A $10 per order shipping fee is applied to orders heading to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
We charge $5 for shipping a one-time purchase of Gut Prep, unless that one-time purchase is added to shipments with other products (like your regular subscription), then that $5 fee is waived.
In order to keep our warehouse employees safe and healthy during this time, it can take up to 48 hours for your order to ship (typically, we can ship out a little faster than that). Orders placed Fridays after 12pm CST will ship out the following Tuesday.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can follow it on it’s journey to your front door. If for any reason your order looks lost or is missing, please contact our customer support team.
You may experience shipping delays. We’ve been seeing delays from all of our shipping partners, however, we continue to take steps to get your probiotics to you without any interruptions. If you need any help, please reach out to us at support@wearejetson.com.
We know it’s a total pain when your package gets lost, but it happens. We’ll get you right on track if your Jetson delivery gets lost – just shoot us an email as soon as you can and we’ll get a replacement order shipped right away.
As long as you’re not leaving your bottle to bake in the hot sun for weeks at a time, your probiotics will be just fine.
