WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING TO KEEP EMPLOYEES SAFE AT YOUR SHIPPING FACILITY?

Our shipping facility is following CDC guidelines with regular deep cleanings of the facility and making sure to wipe down all high-touch surfaces throughout the day with disinfectant. We are practicing social distancing by reducing the number of people in the facility, rearranging workstations and restructuring tasks to create appropriate space between team members. Masks are required throughout the facility. Anyone who may be sick or feeling ill is required to stay home.

 
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently only ship Jetson to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

 
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Ground shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States is free. A $10 per order shipping fee is applied to orders heading to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

 
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

In order to keep our warehouse employees safe and healthy during this time, it can take up to 48 hours for your order to ship (typically, we can ship out a little faster than that). Orders placed Fridays after 12pm CST will ship out the following Tuesday.

 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY TO ORDER ARRIVE?
During normal operations, ship times can take between 2-5 business days depending on where you live. However, during the 2020 holiday season, we’re seeing delays across all carriers - as are all retailers. It could take up to 10 business days to receive your order. Nevertheless, your probiotics will be totally fine - here's why.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can follow it on it’s journey to your front door. If for any reason your order looks lost or is missing, please contact our customer support team.

 
SHOULD I EXPECT A DELAY WITH MY MONTHLY ORDER?

You may experience shipping delays. We’re seeing widespread delays from all of our shipping partners, however, we continue to take steps to get your probiotics to you without any interruptions. If you need any help, please reach out to us at support@wearejetson.com.

 
WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR MISSING?

We know it’s a total pain when your package gets lost, but it happens. We’ll get you right on track if your Jetson delivery gets lost – just shoot us an email as soon as you can and we’ll get a replacement order shipped right away.

 
CAN JETSON PROBIOTICS SURVIVE HIGH TEMPERATURES IN TRANSIT?
Although we typically encourage you to keep your probiotics stored anywhere below 77 degrees Fahrenheit (no fridge necessary), we are aware that Jetson packages might be sitting on some 100+ degree porches from time to time. So we did what we do best – conducted a study. Q Labs, the leading Microbiology & Chemistry Product Analysis, studied Jetson for 10 days in 100 degrees Fahrenheit (at 65% humidity). The number of CFUs present after 10 days exceeded the amount on the label. Meaning that you get all the bacteria you need.

As long as you’re not leaving your bottle to bake in the hot sun for weeks at a time, your probiotics will be just fine.
